How to use Affirmations

Day 1

Read the list as you would a book or article… without saying it… three times

Read the list out loud three times

Write the list once

Put it away and forget about it until tomorrow

Day 2

Read the list as you would a book or article… without saying it… three times

Read the list out loud three times

Write the list once

Hang the list somewhere that you will see often… bathroom, refrigerator, locker or closet, etc

Day 3

Read the list as you would a book or article… without saying it… three times

Read the list out loud three times

Write each affirmation on a post it note… Make it fun and use rainbow colored post its

Place the post its around… computer screen, dashboard of car, driver side visor, spice cabinet, makeup kit, jewelry box, dresser drawer, on your calendar, etc.

By Day 4 your mind will know what is on each post it and list without you having to read them. Feel free to read them as often as you want. The affirmation “All is well” is the most powerful one. It is great to use as your screen saver on your computer.
