I Am – How to use

This empowering exercise is fun and easy to do! Created with the intention to energize your self-esteem, increase the vibrational energies in your body and improve your overall outlook on life.

How to do the exercise:

  • Hang the “I Am” list on your refrigerator.
  • Read it every morning (either as if you were reading a book or out loud).
  • Then think of another word that is a positive attribute that you would like in your life.
  • Write that word on the list.

And you are done!

 

If you have a family or share your living space with others, then get them to join in on the fun!
